- A major review and change of information architecture in the lead up to the content migration phase. This included the UX (site navigation, content types), the date structure, and AX (administration interface).
- Clean look and feel based on the Sector 7 default theme.
- Designed with a future amalgamation project in mind - bringing the consumer-facing (heartofthecity.co.nz) and member-focused (hotcity.co.nz) content into one Sector D8 site.
- Custom reporting tools to track daily membership activity and manage membership applications & listings.
